A Milkshake To Live For

There is not a food more satisfying on a hot summer day than your favorite cold-creamy milkshake; kids of all ages love them. All you need to create your favorite treat are 4 or 5 ingredients, a good blender and 5 minutes to spare.

Or you can order a milkshake from your favorite fast food restaurant with the added cocktail of at least 30 chemicals. Just a few of the mouth watering chemicals are amyl acetate, amyl valerate, anetol, butyric acid, heligoetropin.

A milkshake can be a part of any one’s diet, from the person who grabs what ever is available to those of you who plan carefully every bite you put into your mouth. But what ever your reason please make sure it is the real thing and not a chemical cocktail.

A child age 6 should be capable of pronouncing any ingredient in the food you eat

My favorite creation

1/2 cup milk (your choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt  or ice cream

1 tsp. pure vanilla

1 small frozen banana

2 Tblsps. natural peanut butter

2 Tblsps. unsweetened cocoa

stevia to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, enjoy.

  1. Looks like a yummy treat to try! We’ll probably use almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.

  2. Almond or cashew butter is a great substitute for peanut butter but it is important to remember the many health benefits of peanut butter. For example, peanut butter reduces the risk of heart disease by 25%.
