sugar in any form is still sugar

If you frequent health food stores you may have noticed sodas disquised as health drinks; they may boast they contain cane sugar rather than refine sugar. No matter what these drinks may claim most are loaded with sugar and calories.

There are a few exceptions containing only 100% fruit juice and carbonated water; this makes them a better choice not necessarily a healthier choice.

Your healthiest option is seltzer water with a splash of 100% fruit juice. This is not only better for your waist line but for your children’s teeth.
