Liquid Calories

From Tufts University Americans drink almost a quarter of the calories they consume in a day and half of the liquid calories leads to added sugar in your diet. These hidden calories and sugar are not just from sodas but from fruit juice as well.  

An apple is added fiber to your diet, apple juice is just the sugar from the fruit with very little nutrition.
